Pets Inc. understands the need for you to receive your packages
in a timely and orderly fashion. Most orders are shipped within
48 hours of receipt. All orders are shipped using UPS ground services
unless otherwise requested by you. We offer 4 levels of shipping
to addresses within the continental United States. (UPS can not
deliver to a P.O. Box)
- UPS Ground
Service - 3 to 7 business days
- UPS 3 Day
Select - 3 business days
- UPS 2nd Day
Air - 2 business days
- UPS Next
Day Air - Next business day
Note:
It is important to note here that upgrading your order to 3 day,
2nd day, or next day air does not mean that you will receive your
package in three, two or one business days. Upgrading to one of
these services does not change how long it takes us to process and
package your orders, it only reduces the time in transit. However,
we will and do everything possible to process and ship these orders
on the day of receipt.
For example,
an order that takes us two days to process and is upgraded to 2nd
Day Air will leave our warehouse on the 2nd business day and reach
you on the 4th business day.
Please
note: currently we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to A.P.O
or F.P.O. addresses. We currently only ship to the Contiguous United
States.
